Pagogh leads overall strategy for Adcetera that involves client, project, and agency growth. His domain focus is product marketing which according to him is simply “positioning brands so they can sell their stuff.” He plays the dual role of brand empath and agency catalyst and is driven by a bottomless curiosity and an obsession to “figure things out.” He guides the agency and clients through strategic, critical, and divergent thinking initiatives ranging in scale from enterprise to startup.
Before joining the world of marketing and advertising, Pagogh worked in digital, IT, and corporate roles at UT Medical School, EATON, BMC Software, and HP. He’s played for both teams — clients and agencies alike — which gives him a perspective that is uniquely tailored for his role as Chief Strategy Officer.
A Houston native, Pagogh holds his Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas.
