He is exceptional at leading the development of cutting-edge innovative technologies through the project management lifecycle, driving full-scale implementations from concept to delivery. As the current Director, of Information Technology for Louisiana Primary Care, Chris established the Health Information Technology Division and was awarded $1.2M in Federal Funding to expand capabilities focused on Security, Data Analytics, Data Governance, Telemedicine, Remote Patient Monitoring, Privacy, and Technology Policies to improve care throughout the state of Louisiana.
Chris earned an MS Degree in Physics & Mathematics from Southern University, an MBA from the University of Houston Bauer College of Business, and a BS Degree in Computer & Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University. In addition, he is PMP-certified and achieved several designations such as a SAFe Practitioner and Six Sigma Green Belt.
In his spare time, Chris exercised his entrepreneurial drive and passion for aerospace, athletics, and healthcare to become the Founder of several startups. He even supported multiple Investor engagements leading to a $2M Series A raise on a $12M valuation for a patient-centered technology startup.
